Healthier Hydration
Proper hydration is not just about water. It's water plus electrolytes. Most health conscious people don't get enough. This is especially true if you're physically active.
REVIVE is scientifically formulated to give you all the electrolytes you need with none of the things you don’t. REVIVE will help you feel better, function better and perform better. It also tastes great with 7 popular flavours to choose from.
Each sachet has the right amount of sodium, potassium and magnesium, whether you’re following a healthy diet, doing intermittent fasting or exercising.

- Improved energy and focus
- Less fatigue
- Fewer headaches
- Reduced muscle cramps
- Better muscle performance
- Improved nerve function
Who Should Take REVIVE?
Healthy Diets: REVIVE helps those eating lower carb (keto, paleo, carnivore, whole-food) to avoid fatigue and headaches. It stops annoying muscle cramps and helps to maintain energy and focus. If you feel better, you're much more likely to succeed with your healthy lifestyle.
Intermittent Fasting: REVIVE is friendly for most types of fasting, with no sugar, calories or artificial ingredients. It doesn't impact your blood sugar or insulin response, yet it helps mitigate hunger, fatigue and brain fog, allowing you to fast longer and stronger. Learn more about different types of fasting here.
Exercise Performance: REVIVE is ideal for electrolyte replacement during and after physical activity, so you can keep muscles moving, maintain concentration and prevent cramps. REVIVE replenishes actual sodium lost through sweat. Proper hydration also aids recovery. Our clean, no-sugar formulation is healthier, tastes great and helps you burn more fat.
Who Should NOT Take REVIVE?
Not recommended if you have hypertension, kidney disease or take diuretic medication. Check with your healthcare professional if you have an existing medical condition or take medication. This product does not treat any medical condition or deficiency.

REVIVE contains no chemicals, colouring, fillers or artificial ingredients. The main electrolyte ingredients are sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium malate.
Sodium citrate and calcium carbonate (also electrolytes) are used to soften the tartness of the salts. We use a high-quality, natural, spray-dried flavour for the great taste and aroma.
Stevia balances the saltiness. It is one of the few natural, non-caloric, non-glycemic sweeteners. It has no effect on blood sugar or insulin. Stevia doesn’t have a lingering after-taste, and because stevia is exceptionally sweet, a tiny amount is used.
The final ingredient is citric acid, necessary to ensure freshness and preserve quality.
For the longest time sodium has been vilified. Excess salt, we were told, raises blood pressure, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Things have changed. Yet, despite new science that debunks the myth that salt is bad for everyone, many people, including medical professionals, are locked in the past. Old dogma doesn’t die easily.
An often-quoted study, published in 2011, in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) shows that our official guidelines for sodium are out of whack. If reading scientific papers isn’t your thing, there are 3 important takeaways:
1. Too LITTLE salt is actually dangerous.
2. Too much salt occurs at more than 8g of sodium per day (that’s 21g of salt).
3. The sweet-spot, or lowest risk of cardiovascular disease, is 5g of sodium per day (13g of salt), more than DOUBLE the official recommendation.
* Importantly, sodium is not the same as the salt. Regular salt - the stuff we sprinkle onto our food - is sodium chloride (NaCl). The amount of sodium in sodium chloride is about 38%. So, to get 5g of sodium, you need to consume 13g of salt. This is a critical point often lost on people who aren’t doing chemistry for a living.
For an in-depth look at salt, The Salt Fix, by Dr James DiNicolantonio, provides an extensively researched view on why we can erase our guilt for this important mineral. For something shorter than a whole book, here is an excellent article by Dr Jason Fung, called The Truth About Salt, from the always reliable Diet Doctor website.
If salt is ok for unhealthy folks, what about healthy people? After all, the JAMA study was done on people at high risk for cardiovascular disease. Are the needs of health-conscious people different from the average couch potato? It turns out the answer is yes, and that’s where REVIVE comes in.
REVIVE Daily Electrolytes isn’t for everyone. REVIVE is designed for active, health-conscious people. We hope one of them is you!
