We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Special Orders:

If a client requests a a special item that needs to be ordered for a supplier, and the item needs to be returned, the client will be held liable for additional handling and shipping costs back to the supplier.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us 0217610832 with details of the product and the specific defect(s).

Some items are not refundable and not exchangeable. These include: tyres sealants, lubes, and products that are offered on Sale. Any exceptions are up to the discretion of OBS management. T&C's Apply

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping to Southern Africa

OBS can ship your Order to Selected Countries in Southern Africa. The client will not be charged VAT for this Order, but will have to pay the VAT of the specific Country the Order is shipped to. Orders cannot be collected in South Africa after it has been finalized. Proof of collection from the specific Country must be provided.

IMPORT DUTIES: OBS will not be responsible for paying Import Duty Charges to countries in Southern Africa. It is the client's responsibility to find out how much the Import Duty Charges are for their specific country before ordering products from OBS.

Shipping Disclaimer

OBS uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 1 - 3 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 - 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. OBS will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers
