The Shimano Upgrade Kit RD-M8250 XT 12-Speed Di2 is a complete wireless electronic shifting upgrade kit that converts a compatible Shimano 12-speed mechanical drivetrain to the latest Deore XT Di2 Wireless system. Based around the RD-M8250 XT Di2 rear derailleur and SW-M8250 Di2 shift switch, the kit delivers lightning-fast wireless shifting, advanced customization through Shimano's E-TUBE PROJECT app, and the durability expected from the XT series.
The kit includes everything needed to upgrade the drivetrain's shifting system, including the wireless rear derailleur, electronic shift switch, rechargeable battery, and charger. It is available with either a long cage (SGS) for 10-51T cassettes or a medium cage (GS) for 9-45T cassettes.
