What Is It?

The Amacx Energy Oat Bar – Lemon is a carbohydrate-rich sports bar designed to provide sustained energy during cycling, endurance training, and other prolonged activities. It combines oat-based complex carbohydrates with simpler carbohydrate sources, giving it a softer texture and a more gradual energy release than many highly processed energy gels or chews.

The Lemon flavour is part of Amacx's Energy Oat Bar range, alongside Banana, Coconut and Sweet Figs.

Key Benefits

  • 31.5 g carbohydrates per bar for convenient on-bike energy.
  • Oat-based carbohydrates provide a mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates.
  • Soft texture makes the bar relatively easy to eat while riding.
  • 50 mg magnesium per bar.
  • Naturally provides iron.
  • Suitable before, during or after exercise.
  • Particularly useful during longer endurance sessions.
