The women-specific Volume Tour last gives the foot more room around the forefoot while keeping the heel secure. Shimano's ULTREAD EX rubber outsole provides grip when you're walking on dirt, rocks or wet surfaces, while the recessed SPD cleat sits further back to make walking more natural.

A glass-fibre-reinforced nylon plate keeps the shoe efficient on the pedals, while the full-length EVA midsole adds cushioning when you're on your feet. The breathable mesh upper, speed-lacing system and instep strap make it quick to get a secure fit. The SH-EX500 Women's has a stiffness rating of 5 and is also e-bike rated.
