Shimano SH-ME502 MTB Cycling Shoes – Trail / Enduro / SPD

The Shimano SH-ME502 ME5 is a trail and enduro MTB shoe built for riders who want a good balance of pedalling efficiency, protection and grip when the riding gets rough. The glass-fibre-reinforced nylon sole has a stiffness rating of 6/12, giving you solid power transfer while still allowing enough movement for technical riding and walking.

The TORBAL torsional midsole allows controlled movement through the rear of the shoe, helping the foot move naturally on descents. Shimano’s Volume+ last provides additional room through the toe box, while the offset BOA L6 closure and forefoot strap give you a secure, adjustable fit.

Underneath, the grippy rubber outsole provides traction when you’re off the bike, while the reinforced upper adds protection and durability for trail and enduro riding. The shoe uses a 2-bolt SPD cleat system and is particularly well suited to Shimano trail pedals such as the PD-M8120.
