FLR F-70 Knit MTB Cycling Shoes – SPD

The FLR F-70 Knit is a breathable MTB cycling shoe designed for riders who want a stiff, supportive platform without a bulky or overly rigid feel. The M250 injected-fibreglass nylon sole has a stiffness index of 7, providing efficient power transfer while remaining practical for trail riding and sections where you need to walk.

The standout feature is the three-layer XD-Knit nylon upper. It provides plenty of ventilation and dries quickly, while reinforced areas around the toe and heel add protection against rocks, branches and general trail abuse. A single A-Top dial allows quick, precise fit adjustment and keeps the shoe securely in place while riding.

The M250 outsole combines dual-density lugs with removable toe spikes, giving you useful grip when walking on loose, muddy or uneven terrain. The recessed 2-bolt cleat mount is compatible with Shimano SPD, Crankbrothers and other compatible MTB pedal systems.
