FLR F-70 Knit MTB Cycling Shoes – SPD

The FLR F-70 Knit is a breathable, performance-focused MTB cycling shoe built for riders who want a stiff enough platform for efficient pedalling without ending up in an overly rigid race shoe. The M250 injected-fibreglass nylon sole has a stiffness index of 7, giving the shoe a good balance of power transfer, comfort and durability for trail and off-road riding.

The standout feature is the XD-Knit upper, made from reinforced nylon yarn with ventilation built into the construction. It helps keep the shoe breathable on warmer rides while remaining tough enough for MTB use. Reinforced toe and heel sections add protection against rocks, branches and general trail abuse, while the single A-Top dial provides quick and precise fit adjustment.

The M250 outsole combines dual-density lugs with removable toe spikes, providing traction when you need to walk or tackle loose and muddy sections. The F-70 Knit uses a recessed 2-bolt cleat mount, making it compatible with Shimano SPD, Crankbrothers and other compatible MTB pedal systems.
